1. Scope and service

These terms apply to the use of Petal Wedding, an online wedding planning tool (budget, guests, seating, checklist, vendors, catering, venues, wedding-day schedule) operated by . It can be used by couples for their own wedding and by wedding planners for their clients.

2. Contract and account

By registering you enter into a usage contract for the free “Free” plan. You must give correct details and keep your credentials secret. Free includes up to 50 guests, 5 tables and one own wedding.

3. “Pro” plan

• Pro one-time: 49.00 USD per wedding. Unlocks unlimited guests and tables for that wedding until six months after the wedding date. It is not a subscription.
• Pro monthly: 9.00 USD per month. Applies to all weddings your account takes part in and allows further own weddings. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time under “Wedding settings → Plan”, effective at the end of the paid month.
• Prices include statutory VAT where applicable.
• Payment is handled by Mollie or Stripe (cards, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, depending on availability). The Pro contract is concluded by clicking “Order with payment obligation” and a successful payment.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers may withdraw from a Pro contract within 14 days without giving reasons, counted from the conclusion of the contract. A clear statement to is enough. If you want Pro to start during the withdrawal period you must expressly request this when ordering. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until then. Once the service has been fully provided (e.g. the booked period has ended), the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agreed beforehand and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

5. Your content

The data you enter remains yours. You are responsible for being allowed to record it, especially data of guests and clients. Wedding planners who record client data conclude a data processing agreement with us (see privacy policy).

This also applies to the wedding website and photo album: you make sure you may show the published content, and you decide whether and how guests may upload pictures. We remove unlawful content as soon as we learn about it.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Please also keep important data (e.g. your guest list) outside Petal Wedding.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts in case of serious breaches of these terms. Periods already paid for remain unaffected unless you caused the breach.

8. Final provisions

German law applies; for consumers the mandatory law of their country of residence applies in addition. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
